Learning how our templates work takes less time than reading this page. Every design in our shop is a fully editable Canva template, which means you can change every word, color, and detail without installing software or hiring a designer. Whether you need a birthday invitation, wedding menu, or baby shower welcome sign, the process is identical: buy, open Canva, edit, download, and print or share.

Step 1: Choose and Purchase Your Template

Browse our  template shop by occasion, theme, or product type. Each product page shows the exact design, available sizes, and what is included. When you find the one that matches your party vision, add it to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by an email containing your download instructions.

All purchases are instant digital downloads. There is no shipping, no waiting, and no physical product sent to your door. Your files are available shortly after payment.

Step 2: Open the Canva Template

Your download contains a PDF with a direct Canva template link. Click the link, and the template will open in your browser at the correct size. If you do not have a Canva account, you can create one for free. If you already use Canva, follow the prompts to add a copy of the template to your account.

Every template is already sized for its intended print or digital format. You do not need to adjust the canvas dimensions before editing.

Step 3: Edit Every Detail

This is where the magic happens. Click any editable text box and replace the placeholder wording with your event details. Change the guest of honor’s name, date, time, venue, address, RSVP instructions, and any other editable information.

You can also change editable colors to match your party decor. Select an editable element and use Canva’s color picker to enter a hex code or choose a color from the palette. You can change fonts, adjust the wording, and add photos wherever the template allows.

Step 4: Download Your File

Once your design looks perfect, click Share and then Download in Canva. For professional printing, select PDF Print. Add crop marks and bleed only when requested by your chosen printer. For digital sharing, select PNG or JPG.

You can return to your saved design, correct mistakes, and download it again. You can also duplicate the design in Canva to create another version for the same personal event.

Step 5: Print or Share

For physical invitations, print at home using quality cardstock or send the PDF to a professional printing service. For digital invitations, attach the PNG or JPG to an email or text message or share it through your preferred event platform.
