Yes — everything is editable. You can change the names, dates, times, venue details, colors, and most design elements directly in Canva. If you’re unsure how to make a specific change, feel free to contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

Absolutely. Many of our customers use their finished designs as digital invitations — shared via WhatsApp, email, Instagram Stories, or Facebook. Simply download your design as a PNG or JPG from Canva and share it just like any image. We also have templates specifically designed for digital sharing in our Digital Invites collection.

Yes. Once you have access to a template, you can reuse and re-edit it as many times as you like for your own personal events. Each purchase is for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or used for commercial or client projects.

Screen colors and printed colors can differ because screens display in RGB light while printers use CMYK ink. This is a normal part of digital-to-print production. We recommend printing a test page before printing your full quantity. For more detail, see our Color Disclaimer.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your template — such as a link that isn’t working or a file that won’t open — contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly. See our full Refund Policy for details.
