We aim to show our designs as accurately as possible. Colors on a screen may look different when printed, and exact matching cannot be guaranteed.

Why colors can vary

• Screen brightness, display settings and device differences.
• Printer settings, ink or toner, and the printing process.
• Paper color, weight, coating and finish.
• Lighting conditions when viewing the finished print.

Screens and printers reproduce color differently. Bright colors, deep blacks and subtle pastel shades may show noticeable differences.

Before printing a full batch

• Download the format requested by your printer. For Canva-editable products, PDF Print may be appropriate when the printer requests it.
• Use the listed template dimensions and check your printer's scaling settings.
• Add bleed or crop marks only when your printer requests them.
• Print one test on your intended paper before producing the full quantity.
• For larger signs or special paper finishes, discuss file requirements with a professional print provider.

Mockup photographs illustrate how a design may be displayed. Frames, props, paper and physical prints are not included unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Refer to the product listing for the included digital files.

Color variation and product issues

Normal differences caused by screens, paper or print settings do not qualify for a change-of-mind refund. This does not exclude remedies required by applicable law or support for a defective, incorrect or misdescribed file.
