These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of products from Party Template Shop by Tracia Creative. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms and any specific usage permissions stated on the product listing.
Purchasing a template grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use it within the permissions described below. It does not transfer ownership of the template or artwork.
Unless the product listing expressly includes event-planner use, or we grant written permission, templates are sold for personal use only.
You may:
Personalize the editable fields for your own personal event.
Print the copies needed for that event.
Share finished invitations and other completed designs digitally with your guests.
Provide finished files to a printer for production.
You may not share, resell or redistribute the reusable template, Canva access link, editable source files or individual artwork.
Where event-planner use is expressly included on the product listing or approved by us in writing, one purchase covers one event for one client, used by one event-planning business.
For that event, you may:
Personalize the purchased template or included bundle pieces.
Print the stationery and decorations needed for the event.
Provide finished, flattened PDF, JPG or PNG files to your client.
Share finished invitations with guests and provide files to a printer.
Charge for your planning, customization, printing and setup services.
Show photographs of the completed event in your portfolio, with any necessary client permissions.
A new purchase is required for each additional client event unless we grant broader permission in writing. A bundle’s included designs are licensed for the same client event.
You may not:
Share the original Canva template link, access PDF, reusable template or editable source files with clients or other businesses.
Resell designs as digital downloads, editable templates, stock assets or standalone stationery products.
Include the designs in a public template library, subscription service or print-on-demand catalog.
Extract artwork or other design elements for separate use.
Claim authorship, ownership or exclusive rights to the underlying design.
Clients and print providers may use finished files only as needed for the licensed event. Planners must communicate these restrictions in writing.
All products are delivered digitally unless the listing expressly states otherwise. No physical invitations, decorations, frames, easels or other supplies will be shipped.
Delivery methods, included files and access instructions are described on each product listing.
Some products are editable Canva templates; others are ready-to-print files. Check the product listing for the included sizes, formats and editable fields. Artwork and dimensions may be fixed.
You are responsible for reviewing your completed design before downloading, sharing or printing, including:
Names, dates, addresses and other event details.
Spelling, formatting and text placement.
Print dimensions and your printer’s file requirements.
Changes you make after purchase.
Rights in the original designs and layouts remain with Party Template Shop by Tracia Creative. Third-party artwork, fonts and other assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and license terms.
Your purchase grants permitted usage rights, not ownership. Our license does not override Canva’s terms or grant separate rights to third-party design elements.
Printing results can vary depending on your screen, printer, ink, paper and print settings. Please review our Color Disclaimer and print a test copy before producing a full batch.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for errors introduced by your edits, printing-provider mistakes or interruptions to third-party services such as Canva.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates apply to purchases made after the revised terms are published. Changes do not automatically remove usage rights granted under an earlier purchase.
